We took over the digital marketing for 10 different shopping malls under Redefine Properties, with clever use of brand building to personify each space.  

Until we descended upon Redefine’s mall conglomerate, the group ordinarily didn’t allow agencies to work on more than one mall at a time, because each mall had its own specific target market. Here’s how we proved we could: 

  • With the understanding that no shopping mall is the same, we created personalities for each one. 
  • We did this by adopting different voices in copywriting, and in our community management for each mall. 
  • We harnessed the power of our creative team’s individuality by matching them to the mall they personally aligned with most. 
  • Our design team used the various malls’ personalities to create different visual strategies for them. 
  • Our public relations team picked the right key personalities and influencers for the various campaigns we executed for each mall.


By being disciplined about sticking to the different brand voices, we generated great digital marketing campaigns for each mall. We’re not scared to work on competing ones. Why? Because we know that no brand is the same.
